Russell Long, President of Change Innovations, LLC provides developmental consulting, executive coaching and experiential learning to corporations, businesses, non-profits and individuals. He has over 30 years of executive experience (to include being a CEO) in business, healthcare and non-profits. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, The Citadel and St. Francis University with MBA and Masters in Healthcare Administration degrees, he is an innovative leader with a record of success. He is a certified business consultant and executive coach. He demonstrates his commitment to continuous learning by attending professional programs, maintaining certifications as well as being active in international organizations and serving as President of his Rotary Club. He also is a facilitator, selected speaker and author. His client initiatives specialize in developing leaders, team strengthening, strategic determinations and culture change. He works with organizations, executive teams, individual executives, professionals and small business owners.
